NON-CUSTODIAL PARENT OFFICE

The Office for Non-Custodial Parents is available to pro se or self-represented individuals needing assistance with understanding their rights and responsibilities under the law and guidance in the use of proper legal forms. The NCP Attorneys play a vital role in supporting parents in the lives of their children, through the legal support they provide in their Memphis and Shelby County Juvenile court cases. While they do not represent individual parents in Court proceedings, they are available to the public for drafting pro se or self-represented petitions that parties may file with the Clerk’s Office and use when representing themselves.
